About the event

Learn the FAST signs of stroke and how to act quickly with Ambulance Victoria, followed by a free morning tea.

Every minute counts when it comes to stroke.

Join Ambulance Victoria for an informative and easy-to-follow session on recognising the signs of stroke using the FAST method (Face, Arms, Speech, Time). This workshop will help you understand what to look for, why acting quickly is critical, and what to do while waiting for emergency services.

Paramedics will share practical advice, real-world insights, and simple steps you can take to potentially save a life. Whether it’s for yourself, a loved one, or someone in your community, knowing the signs of stroke can make all the difference.

This session is suitable for everyone, with no prior knowledge needed. Stay afterwards for a free morning tea and a chance to connect with Ambulance Victoria staff and other community members.
